The Roy Morgan Most Trusted Brand Awards Report 2024 details the Roy Morgan Most Trusted Brands Awards event, held in October 2024. Results and insights are based on analysis of surveys with around 25,000 Australians each year via the ongoing Risk Monitor, conducted by Roy Morgan since 2018. The report includes Australia’s most trusted brand winners and finalists in the following 20 industries, as well as the overall winner and finalists (Best of the Best):

In addition to our ongoing trust and distrust surveys of everyday Australians through our Risk Monitor, we conduct a separate survey focused on Australian farmers. This year, we surveyed over 1,000 farmers to determine which agribusiness brands achieve the highest Net Trust scores. We also acknowledge the most trusted agribusiness brands across nine category sectors, with over 50 brands competing for the Best of the Best in Agribusiness. Each category recognizes the brand with the highest Net Trust Score, culminating in the overall Best of the Best Agribusiness Brand Award.

Roy Morgan’s Risk Monitor measures trust and distrust, focusing on the brands Australians interact with and their feelings towards them.

Through this unique research, Australians provide us with unprompted detailed lists of brands they trust or distrust and the reasons they feel that way – in their own words.

From a base of around 1,000 different brands mentioned each year, we track over 200 brands that are mentioned with regularity. For brands or industries with less mentions, we also conduct deep-dive surveys to understand Australians' perceptions and drivers of these at a deeper level.
